About Me

I have a strong interest in Information Technology, especially in programming, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity and how technology can improve everyday life.

My interest began by helping my family and grandparents solve common tech issues like Wi-Fi and smartphone problems. Since then, I have been actively learning through school and self-directed courses. I completed a Singapore Polytechnic Infocomm Security module, learned Python to build a simple school database using object-oriented programming, and explored cloud computing and AI through online courses from AWS, Intel, and IBM SkillsBuild.

Beyond technical learning, I enjoy working with people. I volunteered at NTUC Health Active Ageing Centre through the VIA-ALP Programme, where I helped seniors learn to use smartphones. In my secondary school, I also served as an NCC 3rd Sergeant, which helped me develop leadership and discipline.

This website documents my learning journey, projects, certifications, and achievements as I continue working towards a future in Information Technology

my projects

Applied Learning Module (ApLM) at Singapore Polytechnic in Fundamentals of Infocomm Security
Cybersecurity – I explored how cyber threats like phishing, malware, and ransomware impact users and systems. More importantly, I learned how basic security measures, such as using firewalls, strong passwords, and safe browsing habits, can prevent these attacks.

Python 1 & 2 Coding
School Database Program – I have successfully created a school database program that can store records for teachers and students using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). I have also applied exception handling to manage user input within the program.
